Hello! I am organising a trip for foreign students (French and Spanish) who want to come to England for a couple of weeks to learn English. I am looking for HOST FAMILIES and ESOL qualified teachers in the Maidstone area. To be a host family basically you only need a spare bedroom and a CRB check, in addition, the first trip takes place from the 11 to the 23rd, so at least one person needs to be available during these days.
Lessons for the students take place at the Maidstone Adult Education Centre from 9 to 14, so you have the morning free and they should be able to make it there by bus on their own given some guidance.
I have been hosting for a few years and now I'm organising it, it's a nice moneymaker just coming up to the summer holidays. If you are interested, please send me a message.
