Ladies value fashion retailer Bonmarche, have announced a new initiative to help their customers gain a safer shopping experience. Bonmarche stores throughout the UK will be providing customers with the chance to purchase purse bells to help protect their purses from thieves/
Purse theft across the UK is rife and it has been proven that more thieves are becoming opportunists. Therefore Bonmarche aim to helpcustomers reduce the risk of an opportunity arising.
Andrea Thomas, store manager of Bonmarche Neath says, "We strongly believe that purse bells are an effective way of reducing purse theft and will help deter any opportunitist out there".
The purse bells are available in-store for a suggested donation of £1 each with all proceeds going to Macmillan Cancer support, whom Bonmarche have been supporting for 13 years.
