Breast Cancer Care has been working for over 30 years in the UK to make a difference in the lives of people affected by breast cancer.
All the funds raised in this event are totally to help these people.
Breast cancer is everyone's concern so let's help in the best way we can!

What is a Zumba®dance Sweatshop?
Zumba® with Carla Lima offers you the Dance Sweatshops l & ll to break down one by one the Basic steps for each rythm.
It is great for beginners or for anyone who wants to improve their dance skills.
Knowing the Basic steps you'll feel more confident in class or even when you go out for dancing.
What is Sweatshop l ?
In the dance Sweatshop l you will learn the Basic steps for Salsa,Merengue,Cumbia and Reggaeton.
What is Sweatshop ll ?
In the dance Sweatshop ll you will learn the Basic steps for Samba,Tango,Flamenco and Belly Dancing.
Each Zumba®with Carla Lima dance Sweatshop is three hours long and it starts with a 45 minutes Master Class,followed by a 10 minutes break.
After the break we'll start breaking down the basic steps for each rythm.
Back to back routines are given.
Booking is required.
No drop-in.
