Winant Clayton Volunteers currently has an exciting opportunity for volunteers to work in community projects for ten weeks in New York City this summer including two weeks travel time. The programme fee of £1,500 includes flights and all expenses during the placements but participants need funds for travel time.
We welcome applicants from all sections of society and especially want to recruit people who are economically disadvantaged. Advice on fundraising and limited bursaries may be available for applicants in financial need, living in Tower Hamlets or Southwark and of Irish heritage. to apply. Deadline: 16/02/2012.
