Room for hire soon available for band rehearsals, music practice - drums, keyboard, guitar, bass, voice etc.
Location: Forest Hill close to the train/overground station.
The premises will be available mid December once sound proofed and will be equiped with PA system and drum kit.
Size: 180 sqft.
Price will vary depending on the length and frequency of rental. I would prefer to have only few people/bands using the room in a regular basis over 6 month to a year rather than the odd rental.
