Hussain brothers are carrying on the 100 year old tradition left to them by the late Tufail Ahmed and Qurban Hussain, Mein shakar wunda mera piya ghar aya was Tufail & Qurban Hussain's original masterpiece released on Shalimar Recordings. Hussain brothers together with their party are constantly performing through out uk for 18 years and as well as performing traditional Qawwali they are also very gifted in other popular styles such as Geet and Ghazals. They are also famous for incorporating different languages into their Qawwali such as Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and farsi (persian). Main leader of the group Imran has learnt his music from (his grand father) Late Ustad Haji Latafat Hussain Khan the legend in classical music and ustad of so many greats like Sabri brothers, indian music director noshad, bashir khan and many more. Imran also has learnt from his uncle Late ustad Haji Nisar hussain khan. This Qawwali group are a delight to watch.
