Zumba Gold was born out of the fact that there were a lot of people who wanted to do Zumba but couldnt keep up with the fast moving pace or handle the impact of Zumba Fitness Programme.
Participants in the Zumba programmes generally experience a high level of success because it doesnt feel like exercise
