Pub Walks on the North Downs near Maidstone, Kent

Come up to the North Downs and visit the Woodland Trust Hucking Estate, 560 acres of beautiful English Countryside for you to wander and explore. Walks are signposted from the Hook and hatchet Inn , Church Road, Hucking and directions can be found on the website, www.hookandhatchet.co.uk or on the Woodland Trust website. Tel 01622 880830.

Parking and maps are available free at the pub, which is open for coffee, lunch, tea and dinner. Light snacks available all day.
Parties are welcome with advance notice but we can cater for large numbers. Barbecues can be booked at any time .

The Woodland Trust Hucking Estate is open every day of the year for you to enjoy. You do not have to spend money to enjoy the countryside.

Dogs are welcome everywhere except inside the pub, but must be on a lead in the pub garden. Plenty of space in the fields.
