‘Silver Epoch’ is not a course or workshop or lesson. It is a live, quiet experience in coming back to your core nature and purpose in living. It’s an enjoyable discovery of a rare freedom to feel and be yourself.
Can a weekend's experience last a lifetime?
It depends on whether it just offers a few flickers of light, or whether it enables you to make your own connections to the source of an illumined way. And it's the latter, that these week-ends attempt to do.
On the week-end of September 10th-11th, we will engage in original, live exercises, meditations, drawing and writing to design the best ways ahead for each person's self-chosen development journey. The range of areas that will be explored are on the new and updated invitation card attached. The aim is to be able to take the practicals from the week-end into a better enhancement and enjoyment of daily living... to build connections that may last beyond a lifetime.

Over the week-end, 12 noon to 6pm each day, there will be seven engaging and original sessions to join in or simply witness. In breaks the cafeteria will be open, serving organic teas, coffees and fresh food. These are the sessions:

•Electrobics: Movement and self-healing
•Position Purple: Exercises in sensitivity & awareness
• The man woman mystery
All trainers have specialist skills for the sessions they will be facilitating, and have also successfully completed over 5 years foundational Emin training.
